At ALIRA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
⏰ Return Window
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalised jewellery orders
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Items without original packaging or tags
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at alirabyarya@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we'll share the return shipping address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Share the tracking details with us after dispatch
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when initiating the return
🔁 Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
