Returns & Refunds Policy

At ALIRA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

⏰ Return Window

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or personalised jewellery orders
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Items without original packaging or tags

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at alirabyarya@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, we'll share the return shipping address
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
  5. Share the tracking details with us after dispatch

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when initiating the return

🔁 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
