All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount (as indicated on the website).

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

5. DELAYS
ALIRA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
