Return Window We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Exchanges We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping If the return is due to a defect or our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
